Job description

  • Designing and developing high-quality mobile apps using Flutter technology for both Android and Apple platforms.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management, design and QA to ensure smooth and timely delivery of mobile app features and enhancements.
  • Conducting code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure code quality and maintainability.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the mobile app development space, and incorporating them into the company’s mobile app development process.
  • Mentoring and providing guidance to junior developers on the team, ensuring they adhere to best practices and quality standards.
  • Participating in the product roadmap planning process, providing technical insights and recommendations to the product management team.
  • Proactively identifying and addressing technical challenges, risks, and roadblocks that may impact the delivery of mobile app features.
  • Maintaining clear and concise documentation of code, processes, and procedures for effective knowledge sharing within the team.

Request

  • Priority: Experience as a Native
  • At least 5 years of experience in mobile app development and at least 2 years of experience in Flutter and Dart programming languages.
  • Strong knowledge of Android and iOS app development, including familiarity with app store guidelines and requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product management, UX/UI designers, and QA testers.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git and Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify, analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring junior developers, providing guidance and feedback to improve their skills and productivity.
  • Familiarity with automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
