Job description

• KPIs:
  – Successfully organize at least 4 first meetings per month (about 4 clients).
  – Successfully organize at least 2 second meetings per month (about 2 clients).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Sales position with the English market.
• Good English skills (IELTS from 7.0).
• Graduated from the VNU University of Languages and International Studies or the Foreign Trade University.
• Research, contact, and communicate with clients to understand their needs and accurately introduce and advise of the services which CodLUCK provides.
• Organize and proactively coordinate first meetings.
• Arrange and organize second meetings (with the participation of CodLUCK’s Business Development Manager).

Benefits

• Fixed salary: 7,000,000 – 9,000,000 VND.
• Bonus of 1 million VND for each first-time customer meeting on the fifth meeting in a month.
• Sales bonus: If directly negotiating a contract, the bonus can be up to 6% of the sales volume.
