Work directly with each software development team to propose suitable product development processes based on project requirements. These processes may be developed based on V-model, Agile, or through the application of existing management processes such as ISO, CMMI.
Provide documentation, forms, and guidelines to ensure product quality for all departments within the product development team.
Inspect and audit the implementation of processes in various departments within the product development team to ensure compliance with established procedures.
Remind the product development team to adhere to the established work processes.
Adjust and modify processes to fit each product that the teams are currently working on.
Participate in other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Ensure that the product meets standards and quality before reaching customers.
Build systems to collect information about the product status, monitor, and evaluate product quality before and after applying processes (using tools such as Odoo, Redmine, Jira).
Coordinate with the deployment team to deliver the product to customers.
Research and propose new product development processes, seek courses or conduct exchanges to enhance the skills of team members.
Develop documentation and operational procedures.
Experience in the software development field.
Organizational skills, logical thinking, and systematic approach.
Ability to build measurement systems and analyze data, specialized skills of a Software Quality Assurance professional.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
