CodLUCK engineered a Hybrid Cloud and AI-driven management platform to standardize operations, integrate complex IoT telemetry, and ensure strict carbon compliance for a multi-national smart waste treatment rollout across Southeast Asia.

BACKGROUND

This software project is a core component of a master plan to deploy modern, microbiological smart waste treatment factories across Southeast Asia. Spanning multiple years and countries, the client required a robust management system to solve key challenges:

  • Integrating and synchronizing complex data from various IoT devices and factory hardware.
  • Precisely managing waste sorting and biological fermentation formulas to optimize treatment efficiency.
  • Fulfilling Green Transformation (GX) requirements, such as tracking green energy and managing carbon credits on a multi-national scale.

SOLUTIONS

CodLUCK developed a comprehensive management system featuring a hybrid architecture (On-premise at local waste plants + Cloud for centralized management modules), including:

  • IoT integration & management: Direct data exchange with sensors, silo reactors, control valves, and specialized hardware (KEYENCE EA-300, XRF, GNAA/PFTNA, TDLS8000, IR200).
  • AI analytics & recommendation: Applying AI algorithms to analyze and adjust waste-sorting accuracy, alongside automatically suggesting parameter coefficients for bio-fermentation formulas.
  • Monitoring & full traceability: Comprehensive tracking, activity logging, and issue detection across all stages: reception, sorting, AI-guided silo feeding, and processing.
  • GX management engine: Digitizing green energy tracking, carbon certificate management, and automated statistical reporting.
