Business Development Manager [1 position left]
Requirements

Develop business plans and budgets (solutions, team, costs, revenue, KPIs) tailored to the company’s services and products, and confidently present and defend them to the Board of Directors.

Explore and expand the customer base in APAC, the Middle East, and EU markets.

Manage KPIs for both personal performance and the team under your supervision.

Proficient in business English, with strong communication skills for both online and in-person customer interactions.

Ability to create compelling presentations and confidently deliver them to clients or in public.
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development within software development, digital transformation, or IT product business.

Advise the Board of Directors and the development team on product-market fit and alignment with market trends.

Willingness to travel according to planned schedules or unexpected business needs.

Applicants may currently reside overseas, and may be either Vietnamese or foreign nationals.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a similar position at major IT companies.

In-depth knowledge of the IT market in Vietnam and regions such as APAC, the Middle East, and the EU.

Familiarity with emerging technology platforms: Blockchain, AI, Low-code, ERP/CRM.

Demonstrates a growth mindset, enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and openness to new challenges.

Studied or lived abroad is a plus.
