Sales Executive [2 position left]

URGENT

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to client engagement, solution consulting, proposal follow-up, deal closing, and post-sales relationship management. This role is key to driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and building a healthy sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities based on the company’s ICP.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and other relevant channels.
  • Initiate meetings with potential clients and build strong business relationships.
  • Understand customer needs, pain points, business goals, and current challenges.
  • Present and consult on suitable solutions/services based on the client’s requirements.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to opportunity development, proposal submission, negotiation, and closing.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to move deals forward and maintain pipeline momentum.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, presales, delivery, and technical teams to prepare proposals and align on customer needs.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and support contract discussions with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, activities, and deal progress in CRM or internal tracking tools.
  • Track and report sales performance metrics including pipeline status, conversion rates, proposals sent, deals won, and revenue forecasts.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Sales Executive, or related roles.
  • Strong prospecting and new client acquisition skills.
  • Good communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify customer pain points and approach sales with a consultative mindset.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and ownership of assigned pipeline.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, resilient, and comfortable working with sales targets.
  • Good written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT services, software outsourcing, SaaS, digital transformation, or technology solutions.
  • Experience working with SME clients.
  • Experience in preparing proposals, quotations, or solution discussions with clients.
