Requirements

• Develop business plans and budgets (solutions, team, costs, revenue, KPIs) tailored to the company’s services and products, and confidently present and defend them to the Board of Directors.

• Explore and expand the customer base in APAC, the Middle East, and EU markets.

• Manage KPIs for both personal performance and the team under your supervision.

• Proficient in business English, with strong communication skills for both online and in-person customer interactions.

• Ability to create compelling presentations and confidently deliver them to clients or in public.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development within software development, digital transformation, or IT product business.

• Advise the Board of Directors and the development team on product-market fit and alignment with market trends.

• Willingness to travel according to planned schedules or unexpected business needs.

• Applicants may currently reside overseas, and may be either Vietnamese or foreign nationals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position at major IT companies.

• In-depth knowledge of the IT market in Vietnam and regions such as APAC, the Middle East, and the EU.

• Familiarity with emerging technology platforms: Blockchain, AI, Low-code, ERP/CRM.

• Demonstrates a growth mindset, enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and openness to new challenges.

• Studied or lived abroad is a plus.
